Amminex secures another breakthrough
Faurecia - one of the world's largest automotive equipment suppliers - have partnered with Amminex. Together, the two companies could offer the automotive industry a new effective way to reduce emissions of NOx from diesel engines. Last year Amminex secured a development and cooperation agreement with French based Faurecia. Faurecia is the world's sixth largest supplier of automotive equipment and is owned by - among others - the car manufacturer Peugeot.
This cooperation is now being intensified as Faurecia invests 19.5 milion € in Amminex. The intended target is to have first mass-produced diesel passenger cars with Amminex technology will roll off the assembly line in 2014. Amminex already landed a development contract and supply agreement with American Navistar, and Amminex is currently setting up production capacity in Denmark to deliver its products to Navistar.
