Fullrate attracts 10,000+ online customers
2007-01-23
In less than 9 months, the Danish web speed supplier, Fullrate, has attracted more than 10,000 customers. This caught the attention of the Danish newspaper Børsen, who wrote a feature about Fullrate's penetration of the Danish market.
Normally, a successful telecom startup would take several years of hard work and need more than DKK 100 million to reach breakeven, but Fullrate has changed this. The effectiveness of a focused business strategy and a dedicated team has made the management team able to present a sustainable business. Low costs, a simple organization, and few but focused products with a minimum of support are the key elements of the Fullrate concept.
State-of-the-art technology
Fullrate uses the most advanced technology available today. The technology is based on NGN-technology (Next Generation Network) applied from backbone to customer. The NGN-technology replaces the PSTN by using end-to-end IP-infrastructure in combination with embedded customized IT systems, enabling customer service, billing, and administration. This makes Fullrate a very strong competitor to the traditional Danish web speed suppliers.
