When I'm not working

I like to spend my time with my family and friends. With three active kids and a big family there is always something to do. Travelling is a big thing for us, and we find great joy in experiencing the world as a family – often traveling to places that are far off the beaten track. When I have a free moment, I enjoy running,CrossFit, cooking, meditation, and winter bathing.

What gives me energy
Mantra

“Let’sUMPF this one"

“UMPF” was one of our core values at Planday. We used it as a metaphor for never giving up and always go the extramile to create value for our team and for our customers. When things got tough or seemed impossible, we always said “Let’s UMPF this one”. It allowed everyone to unite around the problem and tap into the joint power we carried as a team. Giving up was never an option and I think that was a core element in our success.

What’s it like working for SEED Capital?
Why did you join SEED Capital / VC?

Some funds can hit good results by luck – but very few funds consistently deliver great results. Seed Capital is built is on a platform of vast experiences, consistency, proven processes and a systematic approach to venture. Seed Capital is a fantastic team and a powerful platform to build a long-lasting and successful VC brand on. I’m extremely proud for the opportunity to lead the team towards this vision in the coming years.

Personally, I love working with passionated and talented founders. People with full dedication towards executing a meaningful vision is incredibly powerful. But it can also be alonely and conflicting journey without the right sparring partners. In the coming years I hope to find, back and work with the best founders in the Nordic region to help them create the next generation of global companies – making meaningful changes to our world and equally succeeding as individuals. This is my passion.

My greatest achievement

Professionally, my greatest achievement lies in the journey I undertook with Planday. The transformative experience of leading the company through various growth stages, facilitating global expansion, and ultimately orchestrating a successful exit has been a both personaland professional accomplishment.
